  • CAN I MAKE A LOAN/PAWN PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE?
    At this time, we do not offer payments over the phone. All payments are in store, unless management approved for extenuating circumstances.
  • CAN I PICK UP MY LOAN/PAWN WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD?
    Loans are picked up only with cash. Loan/Pawn payments may be made with cash or a PIN debit card.
  • HOW LONG WILL MY REPAIR TAKE?
    We pride ourselves on fast & efficient service-- getting your treasured items back to you ASAP. Our repair times are dictated by the number of repairs in front of you in line and can vary from five (5) days to three (3) weeks, depending on the season & difficulty of your repair.
  • CAN I GET MY REPAIR SOONER?
    We understand that life happens and your jewelry needs to be fixed and/or sized for a special day. We try to accommodate all of life's curveballs here at Jessup's. Let us know your circumstance and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • DO WE OFFER LAYAWAY?
    We offer a ninety (90) day interest free layaway with a 25% deposit at time of purchase. If the layaway is defaulted in the future, the original 25% deposit will be used as a restocking fee. Any leftover amounts will be given as a store credit.
  • DO WE OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
    We offer complimentary gift wrapping and jewelry boxes for all of your jewelry purchases.
  • DO YOU HAVE ANY SALES?
    We host one sale per year, it is the first weekend of December and it is 20% off everything in the store.
